  From a Renters perspective...
  We found it extremely hard to get in contact with them over small issues and major structural defects, they even demanded our bond from things that was out of our control. Never return phone calls and only emailed when they needed something and the emails were blunt and highly unprofessional.
  
  On the end of Rental Agreement final clean we chose to ask them for their recommendation on choosing a cleaner because we felt like it would give us a higher chance at receiving our bond back, though when it was complete the Agent complained about the cleaning quality... excuse me, that was your cleaner!! you chose them!! hahaha
  
  Was treated like Kings and Queens until we signed the rental agreement which eventuated to our agent hiding behind a fake smile. We did not receive an above and beyond service!
  I'm sure if we was a Rental Providers we would receive a different reception from reading all the previous reviews.
  In a nutshell Home Specialist Property Management don't value Renters equally to Rental Providers. We don't recommend them to any renters unless of course you enjoy being left in the dark with all issues, is comfortable around a fake snake smile and can accept the moment you give them your bond that you'll never see it again.

  Have been with them for years. They really look after your investment property and are lovely people. I assume the renter is also happy as he's been there for ages.
